Social Connections are having healthy, sustained relationships with people, the community and a force greater than oneself that promote a sense of trust, belonging and feeling that he/she/they matters.

What does Social Connections look like?

  • Have emotional support from a trusted individual.

  • Have connections to others who offer affirmation, hope and encouragement.

  • Know and feel that people care about them.
